Rosler Introduces MAX-IMP System

Rosler recently introduced the new, patented MAX-IMP System. A pneumatically operated sensor is mounted in the peripheral area and driven into the hotspot during the blasting process. The measured blast pattern data is available in only 3 to 5 seconds allowing analysis to take place during normal production and increase productivity. Plus, MAX-IMP virtually eliminates control cage setting errors.

Rosler’s MAX-IMP sensor system also offers the shortest possible blast time durations while decreasing blast media consumption, spare parts usage and unscheduled downtime.
