The changing business environment (including a slowdown in China's economic growth, weak conditions in the European manufacturing sector and the impact of U.S. tariff policies) has created an opportunity to explore structural reforms including production restructuring. NSK and NTN have reached an understanding that business integration is necessary to achieve long-term profitable growth.
