New Abrasive Nylon Disc Brushes from Weiler Specialize in In-Machine Deburring

The Burr-Rx line of abrasive nylon disc brushes from Weiler Corp. are specially designed for in-machine deburring applications. The brushes can be implemented into CNC machining centers or custom designed machines. According to Weiler’s press release, the disc brushes are more aggressive than conventional nylon brushes and allow for a faster feed rate. This translates into completed jobs with shorter cycle time. Due to its proprietary high aggression filaments, the Burr-Rx is designed to remove larger burr than standard abrasive brushes. Burr Rx disc brushes are available in 3", 4", 5" and 9" diameters.
