Kluber Lubrication Gluberlub and Kluberplex Solutions Designed for Offshore Industry

Klϋber Lubrication will feature its multi-purpose oils and greases for offshore applications at booth #2923 during the Offshore Technology Conference, May 2-5, 2016 at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. Klüber Lubrication will be co-located with its sister company, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, which will be highlighting its range of accumulators and services.

Klüber Lubrication offers a comprehensive lubrication portfolio designed for the extreme challenges found in the offshore industry, helping to improve operational efficiency, increase lubrication intervals and reduce downtime. The company will feature the following products at OTC:

Klüberlub OCTG LF HT is a high temperature thread compound, designed to provide reliable sealing under harsh conditions. It is an ideal solution for all API and premium threaded connections for tubing and casing. As an anti-seize compound, Klüberlub OCTG LF HT can be used on fittings, flanges, tubing, couplings, gauges, studs, nipples, nuts, pipe threads, unions, pipe reducers, screws and valves, as well as many other applications.

Klüberplex AG 11-461 and 462 are white operating and priming lubricants, designed to lubricate couplings, joints, gear rim and pinion drives, open gears, low-speed rolling bearings, sliding and guide rails, and steel cables of winches or cranes in marine and offshore applications. The products are able to resist high loads and protect mechanisms against corrosion when exposed to saltwater spray.

Klüberplex AG 11-461 and 462 also provide good adhesion and elevated wear protection at low temperatures, and offer reduced maintenance needs and improved component performance.
