Jergens Inc. Appoints Raleigh Guice to Lead Specialty Fasteners and Lifting Solutions Divisions
Jergens announces Raleigh Guice as the U.S. Head of Sales for Specialty Fastener and Lifting Solutions Divisions. The appointment comes as part of an initiative to support and further expand the customer base in key industry segments served by the two product groups. Guice will report to Matt Schron, vice president and general manager for Jergens.
“We were looking for someone with exceptional business principles and a broad range of industrial and technology experience as a way to continue the momentum for both of these divisions,” said Schron. “Raleigh checked those boxes and also brings with him a very strong educational background and professional credentials,” Schron continued.
Guice is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds an executive education certification from Harvard University. His professional background spans twenty years in senior management and includes past leadership and sales operations consulting to Jergens. His sales experience encompasses government, SaaS, military, medical device, and senior leadership roles within global industrial manufacturing and distribution.
“I have a tremendous amount of respect for what the Schron family has built in Jergens,” said Guice. “Having worked with Matt in the past, I am closely aligned with the core values of the company and our commitment to delivering world-class products and services for our customers.”
Guice’s recent employment includes sales and senior management for Clean Air Dynamics LLC, with emphasis on government-funded municipalities and medical devices. He has previously held multiple leadership roles within Premier Farnell, focused on manufacturing, MRO, and industrial distribution. He holds a B.A. in Communications from The College of Wooster in Ohio, and an M.A. in Education from Kent State University.
Raleigh has a background as a competitive soccer player turned coach. When not working, you may also find him fishing for walleye on Lake Erie or out with his Norwegian Elkhound, Roxi. Raleigh and his wife Robin have grown children and live in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
