PTDA Spring Leaders Conference

Charleston, South Carolina. The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) offers its Spring Leaders Conference at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Suites. The Spring Leaders Conference has something for every leadership level. Day one begins with committee meetings for the Association's volunteers followed by a General Educational Session. Leaders of all levels from all PTDA member companies are invited to participate in this General Educational Session featuring a hands-on, interactive exercise designed to spark clearer communications among supply chain partners. As veteran facilitator Jim Paglia of In's and Out's, LLC guides attendees through the process of interpreting images, participants become more attuned to how they are communicating-both consciously and subconsciously. Day two features the Leadership Development Conference, where executives can hone their management and relationship-building skills. Also facilitated by Paglia, this session helps attendees become better bosses, develop effective communication skills and establish productive working relationships.
