Basic Course for Gear Manufacturing.


Richard J. Daley College, Chicago, IL. This course teaches students to set up machines for maximum efficiency, inspect gears accurately and understand basic gearing. Designed primarily for newer employees with less than six months' experience in set-up and machine operations. Taught by Dwight Smith, president of Cole Mfg. Systems, and consultants Randall D. Curler and Peter Grossi. An in-plant option is also available. $750 for AGMA members, $850 for non-members.
