Defense Manufacturing Conference

Anaheim, California. The Defense Manufacturing Conference (DMC) 2011 is the nation's largest forum for scientists, technologists, engineers, managers, leaders and policy makers in the defense manufacturing industrial base. The meeting is the product of a partnership of the U.S. military departments and agencies of the Department of Defense. The 2011 DMC will feature a keynote address, "Increasing Industrial Capability in the Current Environment" by Hon. Ashton Carter, under secretary of defense/acquisition, technology and logistics and nominee, deputy secretary of defense. All of the military departments, defense agencies, many non-defense agencies, industry and academia will participate in this seminal national event for both defense and non-defense related manufacturing technology development and applications.
