Chinese Company Orders Nitrex Nitriding System

Nitrex Metal received a follow-up order for a nitriding system from Shaoguan Hongda Gear Co. Ltd, a Chinese contract manufacturer of transmissions gears. The addition of a second NX-1015 system will accommodate the company’s rapid growth and boost production capacity to 600 tons of gears annually. The system includes Nitreg technology required to achieve zero-distortion and ensures a finished gear of precise dimensions and tolerance.
