Stafford Introduces Weldable Shaft Collars and Couplings

A line of shaft collars, couplings, and mounts machined from ANSI 1018 steel and stainless steel to let users fabricate their own special parts has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp.

Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars & Couplings let users add special features such as actuators, brackets, cams, connectors, flange mounts, levers, pins, and rods.  Ideally suited for the design and repair of special machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, racks, and other structures, they permit part modifications for upgrades and to prevent excessive downtime.

Available in one-, two-piece, and hinged styles, Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars and Flange Mounts come in 0.25” to 6” bore sizes and Weldable Shaft Couplings are offered in 0.25” to 2” bore sizes.  Smooth-, hex-, and square- bores for shafts, pipe, and tube can be supplied. Applications include the creation of custom high-strength, rigid assemblies without fasteners.

Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars & Couplings are priced according to config-uration and special requirements.  Price quotes are available upon request.
