Zagar Forms Workholding Group

Zagar Inc., located in Cleveland, Ohio, recently announced the formation of their Workholding Group, a division within Zagar that is dedicated to the manufacture, sales and support of numerous products providing solutions to modern workholding challenges. A selection of the products will be on display at the Zagar IMTS booth W-1254. The Zagar Workholding Group provides four key product families: vises, rotary tables, fixtures/collets and collet chucks. The vises are precision tools, holding parts with a consistently higher gripping force and maximizing machine productivity, providing deeper cuts at higher feed rates. The rotary tables come in numerous diameters and feature auto home switch, pneumatic and hydraulic brakes, CNC control integration and stand-alone controls. Fixtures for special part holding configurations, including tombstone styles, are manufactured for precise repeatability. Numerous collet designs are available for both internal and external grip, holding round, square, hex, and even many contoured shapes.
