Weiler Publishes Brochure Detailing Gear Deburring Capabilities

Weiler Corp.'s  six-page technical brochure on gear deburring with power brushes explains the importance of deburring gears to improve the quality and performance of power transmission components. 

According to the brochure, brushing effectively way to deburrs gears because brushes do not alter part geometry and are designed for automation. 

Several pages of technical information are included detailing burr classification and filament selection; brush presentation in relation to burr location; and brush operating parameters. Brush recommendations are also featured for specific gear deburring equipment and applications, plus proper brushing methods for  gear deburring.
