Warner Designs Cap Chucks for Dairy Industry

Warner Electric has introduced a new line of magnetic cap chuck packages specifically designed for dairy applications. These products are 100 perecnt interchangeable with the OEM capping machinery found in dairy plants today, including Federal, Fogg, Portola, and Blackhawk.

Warner Electric magnetic cap chucks feature Smooth Torque Technology to provide the most consistent torque control on the market by eliminating over tightened caps and reducing the variation of removal torque. Smooth Torque Technology generates less shock on the system compared to pulsating torque headsets, enabling quieter machine operation and longer life of machine components.

The new all stainless steel dairy cap chucks are completely sealed and designed to provide maximum corrosion resistance in caustic washdown environments. Units are engineered to help reduce maintenance costs and keep dairy plants’ downtime to a minimum.
