Trico Corp.’s Dispensers Lubricate Critical Parts During Machine Operation

Trico’s new line of Streamliner grease dispensers are an alternative to manual lubrication. These
units are designed for applications where it is essential to have precise amount of grease delivered. Machine and plant downtime due to critical component failure is also reduced.

Units provide variable feed rates lasting from two week to 24 months. Trico’s Streamliner grease dispensers feed up to eight lubrication points. They also provide precise metering of lubricant in remote areas up to 30 feet. They are equipped with electro-mechanical drives, to adapt to various grease applications.

According to the company's press release, the Streamliner grease dispensers have high operating pressures to flush contaminants out and for multi-point lubrication. The economical reservoir capacities, up to 500 cc, provide for fewer replacements and less disposal. An UL explosion proof unit is available as well.
