A line of steel shaft collars released by Stafford Manufacturing are surface prepared to allow OEMs and contract manufacturers to paint them for exact color brand matching.

The Stafford Paintable Shaft Collars are machined from steel in one- and two-piece clamp-type styles. They are then phosphate coated along with the corresponding clamp screws in preparation for painting. They are appropriate for various applications as actuators, stops, spacers. For attaching components, these steel collars can be painted to precisely match “color branded” equipment.

They feature round, square and threaded bores for attaching to structural tubing and shafts. They can be customized with face and outside diameter treatments, such as holes, flats and knurls. Anodized aluminum collars are available in different colors.

The Paintable Shaft Collars are priced according to style, size, custom design requirements and quantity. Price quotations are available on request.
