Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars Include Custom Solutions

A line of weldable shaft collars that now includes couplings to let users create custom solutions for their power transmission, motion control, and structural applications is being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts. Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars and Couplings are machined from ANSI 1018 steel and can be easily machined and welded by the user for creating all types of custom drive, motion control, and structural design solutions. Suitable for all welding processes, they are ideal for creating gears, pinions, kingpins, lever arms, brackets, supports, and similar parts. Available in one- and two-piece styles, Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars come in standard 1/4” to 6” I.D. sizes and weldable couplings are offered in 1/4” to 2” I.D. sizes.  Specials are also available in larger sizes and can incorporate custom modifications such as threaded bores, slots, grooves, drilled and tapped holes, and special O.D. treatments. Stafford Weldable Shaft Collars and Couplings are priced according to size and quantity. Samples and price quotations are available upon request.
