Stafford Introduces Shaft Collars and Rigid Couplings for Heavy Equipment

A line of shaft collars, flange collars, and rigid couplings offered in large sizes for building and repairing all types of heavy equipment has been introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, MA.

Stafford Heavy-Duty Collars and Couplings include shaft collars with up to 16" ID, flange collars with to 6" ID, and rigid couplings up to 6" ID. Designed for use in heavy equipment, these components can be supplied with round, square, and hexagonal bores, with or without keyways, and are well suited for use as mounting devices, shaft connectors, stops and spacers.

Machined from aluminum, stainless steel, and steel which can be plain, plated, paintable, or case hardened, Stafford Heavy-Duty Collars and Couplings come in 1-pc and 2-pc designs for OEM and MRO use. Available from stock, parts can also be customized and supplied as specials. Applications include attaching and adjusting arms, blades, cutters, levers, and more.
