Shaft Collars Available for Harsh Environments

A full line of 316 stainless steel shaft collars and rigid shaft couplings that resist harsh chemicals, solvents, detergents and salt water are available from Stafford Manufacturing Corp. Stafford 316 SST Shaft Collars and Couplings are available in one- and two-piece and set-screw styles with 18-8 or 316 SST fasteners and various bore configurations including keyways. Designed for a wide range of applications in corrosive environments, these collars are offered in 1/4" to 10" I.D. sizes and the rigid couplings come in 1/4" to 3" sizes. Suited for use in conveyors, drive systems, machinery and mixing and packaging equipment, Stafford 316 SST Shaft Collars can be supplied with smooth or threaded round, square, and hex bores and the couplings can include straight and stepped bores. Specials can be supplied with mounting holes, flats, knurls, hinges, and other customer-specified modifications. Stafford 316 SST Shaft Collars and Couplings are priced according to style, size, and quantity.
