SDP/SI Publishes Catalog, Redesigns Website

The 96-page "Handbook of Fairloc Components, , The Integral Fastener, D243" from Sterling Instrument and Stock Drive Products, aims to solve problems in phasing, timing, positioning and frequent removal, which conventional fastening methods can't handle well. The Fairloc system features built-in overload protection, full use of the ore and compact design, according to the company's press release.

The catalog has 3,405 products including inch and metric hubs, spur gears, timing belt pulleys, couplings, shaft extenders, shaft collars and dials. The timing belt pulleys are shown in 6 pitches from .080 in through 5.08 mm. The largest product type in the catalog are the hub gears, which are shown in 120 in, 96 in, 80 in, 72 in, 64 in, 48 in, 32 in and 24 in diametral pitches; they are shown in modules .5, .8 and 1. The catalog is free upon request from Sterling Instrument.
