RobotWorx has announced the launch of a new service group on Facebook dedicated to Industrial Robotics. The group covers a number of topics related to reconditioning, preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repair, general support and even training. Open to the public, the group provides a space for collaboration and immediate support Monday through Friday during office hours. If a question goes un-answered by the community, an admin will promptly engage and help the individual. The RobotWorx service group is comprised not only of like-minded individuals in the industrial robotics industry, but also of a group of admins with real world experience. 

The admins include, Tom Fischer, operations manager, welding engineer, certified welding inspector (CWI), and project management professional (PMP) with over 20 years of experience. Carl Faulkner, service manager, 17 years of robotics-automation experience in manufacturing. An additional 7 years’ experience with RobotWorx in production, project, and service roles directly assisting customers in their robotic automation needs. Robert Cole, production manager and service technician with 11 years’ experience in overall trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, system builds, and programming.
