Power Jacks Launches New 10kN Screw Jack Giving Improved Possibilities for Machine Building
Power Jacks has announced the official launch of its new 10kN E-series Screw Jack designed to give engineers more capabilities and versatility in actuation, lifting and positioning solutions for machine building.
“The E-Series Screw Jack Range is well established, yet through innovative design we are still finding ways to improve the range to benefit our customers” said Alex Crossland, managing director.
“This new 10kN screw jack is part of our continuously product development plans to deliver new and improved levels of linear motion solutions.”
Key features of the new 10kN Machine Screw Jack include:
1) Easily Integrate Motor Drives & Feedback Devices
Bolt-on mounting points on each side of the gearbox housing where the worm shaft is located allows for the direct mounting of electric motors, motion feedback devices (e.g. rotary cam limit switches and encoders), brakes and other accessories.
2) Strong 4 Bolt Mounting for Screw Jack Base
Secure 4-point mounting method for fixing the screw jack base to a superstructure.
