Perrotti Promoted to CEO at Gleason

John J. Perrotti was promoted to president and CEO of Gleason Corp., replacing John W. Guffey who will remain as vice chairman. The move is the next step in a management transiton plan enacted last January. According to the company’s press release, Perotti joined Gleason in 1986 and has worked in a variety of management capacities. He was elected to the board of directors in 2000.
