Pack Expo Preview: Applied Motion Products

Applied Motion Products invites you to a demonstration of their latest motion control solutions at Pack Expo Las Vegas in Central Hall, Booth #C-3614 on September 23-25 in the Las Vegas Convention Center. Check out:

NEMA 24 Frame Integrated Motors with Dual Port Communications: By incorporating two M12 Ethernet connectors instead of just one on each axis, our SWM24IP-3DE Integrated Stepper Motor and TXM24IP-1DG StepSERVO Integrated Motor support more efficient network topologies such as line networks and daisy-chain connections.

New AOIs for Rockwell Automation's RSLogix5000 and EtherNet/IP: The new AOIs increase the capabilities of Applied Motion Products’ drives and integrated motors within the RSLogix 5000 environment, supporting a faster and easier integration into PLC projects.

MDX Integrated Servo Motors: These products offer design benefits for all machines types.  By combining a servo motor with an on-board drive and controller in one package, each MDX saves on space, wiring, and cost over a conventional servo system with separate motor and drive components.

StepSERVO Integrated Motors: Closed-loop stepper systems provide cost-effective and high-torque motion control for high throughput applications such as packaging and labeling, automated test and measurement, and automated assembly.

Customized Integrated Stepper Motor Package: An innovative conveyor system needed a motor and actuator assembly that could position as rapidly as the legacy analog control system, updating target position every 4 msec. In addition to functions for automatic stall detection and stall prevention, STM/SWM integrated steppers feature Q Programmer motion control software, which enables easy configuration to match requirements of different conveyor applications.
