In recognition of his invaluable experience and knowledge, Eich has agreed to remain with NBCA on a part-time basis as executive advisor through August 2025, to assist in the transition to new leadership.
“I have cherished every moment of my 42 years with NTN, from my early days as an application engineer to my time as president and CEO. It has been an incredible journey, filled with growth, innovation, and the privilege of working alongside such talented individuals. As I step down, I am confident that Tom Mohrdieck is the perfect leader to guide NBCA into the future. His extensive experience and dedication to our company will ensure continued success. My decision to retire is driven by a desire to spend more time with my family, especially my three wonderful grandchildren. I look forward to this new chapter in my life, filled with family, joy, and cherished memories. Thank you all for your support and friendship over the years," Pete Eich, outgoing president and CEO.
