NTN Announces Key Personnel Changes to Industrial Business Units
NTN Bearing Corporation of America (NBCA) is pleased to announce a pair of key personnel changes to its industrial business units. Effective June 1, 2025, Jim Misch (pictured above) will assume the role of vice president, Industrial OE Business Unit, while Rich Rosenbarger will step into the position of director, marketing and technical services.

Misch began his career at NBCA in 1990 as an engineer and has since held a variety of leadership roles over his 35-year tenure. Currently serving as director of marketing and technical services, Misch has led initiatives across engineering, customer relations, information technology, and business innovation. He also headed NBCA’s test lab and oversaw the company’s first JD Edwards upgrade. In his new role, Misch will focus on enhancing communication, interaction, and collaboration with NBCA’s Bower facilities.
Rosenbarger (pictured above) currently senior manager of engineering for the Industrial OE Business Unit, recently celebrated 20 years with NBCA. He brings a wealth of experience in engineering management to his new position. As director of marketing and technical services, Rosenbarger will lead efforts to strengthen NBCA’s presence in the Industrial Aftermarket, particularly in Corporate Accounts and Product Management. He will leverage his engineering background to expand aftermarket penetration through the IAM Engineering team, which includes field services, applications, and engineering services. Additionally, he will focus on advancing NBCA’s eKnowledge online training platform and enhancing the company’s e-commerce strategy.
