Nook Sells Small Diameter Segment of PowerAC Acme Product Line to Helix Linear Technologies

In a strategic effort to accelerate long-term growth and better serve its partners, Nook Industries has sold the Small Diameter segment of the PowerAC Acme Product Line to Helix Linear Technologies. This sale encompasses PowerAC Acme products with a diameter of 5/8 inch or less. The transaction was completed on December 29, 2017.

The entire Nook Industries team is committed to making this transition as seamless as possible and will provide migration plans for all clients currently using the Small Diameter Acme product line. Companies that are impacted by this change will receive communications from their dedicated account teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Nook will continue to produce all other variants in the PowerAC Acme Product Line. Existing customers of larger diameter PowerAC Acme products will see no changes in service or support.

"Narrowing our product line to better align with our customer’s needs and technological capabilities will allow Nook to be more agile and focused," said Joe Nook III, CEO of Nook Industries.
