New Series of 3-In-1 Leveling Mounts from AAC are Designed for Packaging Applications

A new series of 3-in-1 leveling mounts from Advanced Antivibration Components - AAC are designed to dampen shock and vibration, provide leveling, and offer position mobility for packaging machinery applications. Identified as the V10Z44MCM... Series, incorporate a moveable mount in which the rubber mount is incorporated with a rotating ball. They allow movement of machines and give excellent vibration-free installations. The isolator is made of oil-resistant rubber. The ball and handle are made of steel. The maximum recommended load of the 2 isolators in the series ranges from 200 kgf to 600 kgf (441 lbf to 1323 lbf). The diameter of the unit base ranges from 100 mm to 140 mm (3.9" to 5.5"). To operate: turn the spoked wheel clockwise to lift the rubber mount. The steel ball then allows free movement. Turn the spoked wheel counterclockwise to lift the steel ball. The rubber mount now supports the machine in place. They are featured at the AAC eStore where you can order online, request a quote, download CAD models, check stock plus view catalog and technical pages.

Typical applications include their use under packaging machinery, large pumps, fans, motors, compressors, and other medium load equipment. AAC stocks a wide range of antivibration and shock isolation products which include: stud & nut type mounts, base plate fastened mounts, wheels, leveling & foot mounts, suspension mounts, spring, steel mesh & cable mounts, bumpers, shock absorbers & channel mounts, bushings & grommets, pads & tapes, and couplings. These products are stocked in different materials including: rubber, neoprene, urethane, Sorbothane®, stainless steel mesh and springs. Many are suitable for use in extreme environmental conditions. Of special interest is a complete selection of Silicone Gel floor mounts, pads, sheets, plus paste-type thermal gel.
