New Round Urethane Vibration Isolators From AAC

Two new series of round Urethane vibration isolators from Advanced Antivibration Components are designed for use in severe environments where they may come in contact with oils, chemicals, ozone and/or ultraviolet light. These highly damped units, identified as the V10Z60 Series, exhibit extremely low amplificational at resonance and quickly return to system equilibrium after any shock or vibration input. The "female" series are designed for maximum compression loads of up to 45 lbs (20.4 kg), and shear loads of up to 10 lbs (4.5 kg). This series has a threaded hole on one side. The "male" series can handle compression loads of up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) and shear loads of up to 13 lbs (5.9 kg). They feature threaded mounting studs on one or both sides wich range in length from .200" to .625"(15.9 mm).The isolator for male and female mounts range from .280"to 1.000"in diameter and from .320"to 750" in length. All units are made of Urethane, with a durometer of 24 of 5. Zinc-plated steel fasteners are bonded to the main isolator section. Operating temperature ranges to 105 degrees F for peak performance and to 222 degrees F maximum continuous use. View Catalog for More Information or Quote Request
