The new Type G mandrel from LeCount is designed to accomodate most between-center grind operations. A PartLocator is an optional enhancement that allows easier setup and consistent part location for inspection and grinding operations. According to the company’s press release, the mandrel offers robust clamping capacity with concentricity at 0.0001 TIR.
