New DC Gearmotor from Midwest Motion

A new DC gearmotor, Model No. MMP.TM55-24V.GP52-100.1 can accept any 24 volt source, including battery power. According to the company’s press release, the gearmotor measures 2.14" in diameter x 7.75" long and has a keyed output shaft of 12 mm diameter x 25 mm long. Mounting is accomplished with four face mount threaded holes. Available options include optical encoders, fail-safe brakes, analog tachometers and planetary gearheads with standard ratios ranging from 3:1 to 450:1.
