Mitsubishi EDM/Laser Hosts Open House to Showcase Racing Partnership with Joe Gibbs

Mitsubishi EDM/Laser, sponsor to Joe Gibbs Racing, hosted an open house event on May 10 at the JGR Headquarters in North Carolina. Attendees were given a behind-the-scenes tour of the racing facility and product demonstrations. According to Mitsubishi's press release, J.D. Gibbs, president of JGR spoke to the crowd about the importance of machine reliability and performance to a race team and the critical role manufacturing plays at JGR. CNC/quality control manager Mark Bringle says, "Partnering with Mitsubishi provides us with the best equipment, service, training and support. Mitsubishi helps us compete and win." More than 40 customers from the southeast attended the event, which offered machine demos on all of JGR's Mitsubishi equipment, including an FA20S Wire EDM, EA12V Sinker EDM, 2512HV-20CF Laser and a small hole EDM drill.
