Marposs? New Gear Tester Detects Correct Tooth Hardness

The E59n from Marposs is a mechanical system where the gears are loaded and correctly referred before being tested. The integrated eddy current sensor can detect the correct tooth hardness because of its design and repetitive testing positions. According to the company's press release, through a manual stepping of the gear, all teeth can be tested via the E.C. probe. The E59n will display the test result with good data spread in a green area while scrap data will be identified via a red color outside the area.
