Kaydon Corp. Announces Leadership Transition

Kaydon Corp. announced the pending retirement of its president and CEO Brian P. Campbell on May 1. Campbell will not stand for re-election as director at the company's annual shareholders meeting. According to a Kaydon Corp. press release, the CEO search should be wrapped up by Mar. 31. Kaydon Corp. designs and manufactures custom-engineered, performance-critical products to the industrial, aerospace, medical and electronic equipment, alternative energy and aftermarket customs.
