Jorgensen is Recognized as Southeastern Wisconsin Top Workplace
Jorgenson Conveyor and Filtration Solutions has been recognized as a Southeastern Wisconsin Top Workplace for 2026 in partnership with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
“We are incredibly honored to be recognized as a Journal Sentinel Top Workplace,” Human Resources Manager Jenifer Schulz said. “This achievement reflects the dedication, passion and collaboration of our entire team.”
Jorgensen, an Innovance company, is 100 percent employee-owned through its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Jorgensen emphasizes shared responsibility and a collaborative workplace environment for all employees. This structure allows workers to have a direct stake in the company’s performance while contributing to a culture focused on teamwork and long-term stability, the company said.
“Our employee ownership plays a critical role in what we make and validates the culture we’ve worked hard to build through our core values: diversity, resilience, integrity, virtue and excellence,” Shulz added.
The designation is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party, 26-question survey administered by Energage LLC. The survey measured employee appreciation, including engagement, organizational alignment, leadership effectiveness and overall employee experience.
The recognition is driven by measurable improvements in employee experience, as reflected in this year’s survey results. The company said it saw significant gains over the past year in key engagement areas, including loyalty, work-life balance, well-being and motivation.
