Jorgensen Brings Advanced FlexFiltration Coolant Management System to IMTS 2026
At IMTS 2026, chip and coolant handling experts Jorgensen Conveyor and Filtration Solutions will highlight their expanded FlexFiltration coolant management systems that extend coolant life, enhance part finishes, and reduce maintenance procedures and costs. In Booth #338009, Jorgensen will feature complete, fully automated systems that showcases compact modular designs with advanced customization for integration versatility in coolant filtration and monitoring.
One of the FlexFiltration coolant management systems on display features a conveyor with an integrated coolant tank designed to fit on a high-speed 5-axis CNC machine tool. This solution – sold directly through OEM machine tool builders and dealers – incorporates an integrated FlexFiltration tank that maintains coolant clarity down to or below 10 microns, a chip conveyor, filter media and accessories. All of which deliver an adaptable system designed to fit different machining needs. The customizable system also features Jorgensen's PermaClean advanced filtration to eliminate sludge buildup in the coolant tank. PermaClean is paired with multi-stage cyclonic filtration for a consumables-free design, which eliminates non-cut time for tank maintenance.
