Innovative Automation Purchases Omron Service to form Innovative-IDM

Innovative Automation, a distributor of factory automation and control parts, announced it has purchased Omron Service Centers (OSC) of Houston. Innovative Automation will combine with OSC to form Innovative-IDM. "Opportunities like this merger only come along once in a lifetime," says Gene Gray, president of Innovative Automation.
