Ikona Gear and Magna Extend Patent Agreement

Ikona Gear and Magna Advanced Technologies have extended by four months their patent agreement. According to Ikona's press release, the ?Phase One? portion of the patent will entail confirming the OEM customer needs, identifying the best applications for commercialization, developing the specific prototypes and composite materials and will take place over the next four months. Upon completion of Phase I, MAT may notify Ikona Gear of its intention to license Ikona's technology for automotive applications. Ikona Gear is headquartered in Vancouver, B.C. and produces technology that is based on a specific gear tooth form.
