HSI’s Linear Actuator Available with Connector
Haydon Switch & Instrument introduced its size 11 hybrid linear actuators, now available with an integrated connector.
Offered alone or with a harness assembly, connectors are RoHS-compliant and feature a positive latch for high connection integrity. The connector is rated up to 3 amps and the mating connector can handle wire gages from 22-28.
According to the company's press release, the motor is suitable for those with space constraints or that want to plug in directly to pre-existing harnesses.
Hybrid linear actuators are available in resolutions ranging from 0.000125" per step to 0.002" per step and deliver thrusts up to 25 lbs. Applications requiring precise positioning and rapid motion are best suited for this motor. The size 11 hybrid linear actuators can be utilized as drop-in replacements.
