HECO Inc. Takes RPM Symposium on the Road

HECO, Inc. is taking the ninth year of its Reliability Process Maintenance (RPM) Symposium on the road, bringing the educational, two-day conference to Lexington, Ky. The two-day symposium focuses on reliable industrial processes and is scheduled for Oct. 3-4 at The Campbell House, 1375 S. Broadway, Lexington, KY, 40504.

The conference-style event features industry leaders speaking on process and innovation topics related to the maintenance and reliability of industrial electric motors, automation components, and other rotating and fluid processing equipment.

HECO and its exhibitors will present educational breakout sessions designed to provide new techniques and processes for improvement. The sessions are targeted to supervisors and managers within the Midwest area.

“This event has connected nearly a thousand manufacturers and industry leaders who help define new techniques and processes for improvement in the field of reliability and predictability,” said HECO President Justin Hatfield. “This continues to be a ‘must attend’ symposium as these new techniques prove to increase industry profitability. The Campbell House serves as the perfect backdrop for HECO’s 2023 RPM Symposium, and we look forward to taking a road trip to Kentucky!”

This year’s keynote speaker is Kevin Clark, vice president and time series AI at Falconry. Clark will present “Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Maintenance! Is that New?” and share his professional and personal experiences in using artificial intelligence in the maintenance world. Along with summarizing the current trends, he will explore if AI really is a novel concept in manufacturing.

Clark has over 30 years of experience in global operations leadership focusing on engineering and asset management. He is a long-standing member of the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and has held various positions at regional and national levels for the organization.
