HD Systems Merges with Harmonic Drive Technologies

HD Systems Inc. and Harmonic Drive Technologies, Nabtesco Inc. have merged, effective Jan. 1, 2006. The newly formed joint companny will be named Harmonic Drive LLC. Harmonic Drive will employ approximately 90 individuals. Ownership is split between HD Systems (51%) and Nabtesco USA (49%). The combined resources and technology will enable further work in the service, maufacturing and engineering of harmonic drive and related motion control products.
