Greaves Cotton Sells Power Transmission Units

Greaves Cotton will sell off units involved in the manufacture and sale of power transmission products, which includes the plants at Pune and Falta in West Bengal. According to the company?s press release, the board has decided to sell its undertakings engaged in the business of the manufacture and sale of products like gears and couplings.
