Excon 2013 Focuses on India Construction Market

India's Premier Industry Association has been playing a role in developing the construction equipment industry in India through organizing the biennial event Excon. Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers' Association (ICEMA) is the sector partner for the event and is supported by Builders Association of India (BAI).
 
The event presently in its seventh edition is South Asia's largest event for construction equipment and the exhibition will offer a platform for the component manufacturers and SME’s for showcasing their capabilities in the development of latest trail blazing components, systems, solutions and technologies which help build competitive and efficient equipment, meeting the exact needs of an ever thriving construction market in Asia.
 
With the potential for the construction equipment market in India to reach U.S.$20 Billion by 2020, the sector is poised for immense growth. In order to carry forward the momentum, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing Excon 2013 between November 20-24 2013 at Bengaluru. Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers’ Association (ICEMA) is the sector partner for the event and is supported by Builders Association of India (BAI).
