ECM Offers Used Vacuum Furnace Systems

ECM USA has recently acquired two used Flex 600 TG Vacuum Furnace Systems. Both systems are available from 2 to 8 cells with top-down 20 bar nitrogen gas quenches; optional oil quench. The first system was built in 2003, but completely renewed in 2017 with a new variable speed quench, new pumps, loading unit and hot zones. The second system was originally built in 2004 and completely renewed in 2017 with new hot zones. Suggested heat treatment applications include, but are not limited to: vacuum carburizing, annealing, sintering, brazing and hardening. Contact Dennis Beauchesne for details.
