DiaGrind 535-5 Offers Advantages in Gear Honing and Grinding

The multifunctional metalworking fluid DiaGrind 535-5 has many enthusiastic users all over the world. They range from small shops to multi-national operating automotive and gear making giants. Its legendary properties have been proven successfully in gear honing and gear grinding. DiaGrind 535-5 grinding oil is free of chlorine and heavy metals. It is produced from high purity hydrocrack hydrocarbons with low aromatic content. The oil has excellent viscosity properties over a wide range of temperatures and its misting tendency is ultra-low. Due to the superior quality of the selected base oil and additive package, ageing stability is very good and all the additives used are physiologically safe. DiaGrind 535-5 grinding oil contains heavy duty pressure additives for extreme performance. Surface active agents allow for superior finish, combined with best possible cooling and lubricating properties. With DiaGrind 535-5 tangential forces, work piece temperature and grinding wheel wear will be reduced greatly. DiaGrind 535-5 is low foaming and due to its low viscosity it has extremely good flushing and cooling properties. Applications: All high speed grinding and honing operations such as thread and groove grinding, nonferrous metalwork (except copper) and highly alloyed chrome-nickel-steel.
