Custom Sensors and Technologies Names CEO

Hal Grant now holds the position of CEO for Custom Sensors and Technologies, a Schneider Electric company headquartered in Moorpark, CA.

Grant first joined Schneider Electric in 1985. Prior to his CEO appointment at CST, Grant was responsible for managing the global supply chain functions for Schneider Electric. He was responsible for launching and implementing a program that simplified and rebalanced SE's global supply chain strategy, which significantly increased and streamlined overall effectiveness while reducing costs, according to a company press release.

According to Jean-Pascal Tricoire, chairman of the management board and CEO of Schneider Electric, "Hal's mission will be to develop the CST business in four strategic areas; grow the commercial network, increase the competitiveness of the industrial approach, continue to develop a technological advantage in customized sensors and develop synergies with the rest of the Schneider Electric group of companies."
