Grupos Diferenciales SA was established in 1962 devoting its activity mainly in the manufacture of gears and subassemblies to the domain of transmissions. Today it is a highly specialized sector which combines traditional mechanics with advanced control and regulation systems.Our product fits into all reducing or multiplying mechanisms where a torque or power transfer is needed. We are producing gears with high dynamic requirements at very high rpms and/or very elevated torque curves. We are present in the most demanding sectors where there is a need for a long-lasting product that successfully exceeds all the calculated theoretical assessments.
BEVEL GEARS
We are specialists in the manufacturing of lapped and hard finished bevel gears with both grinding and HPG methods. We follow all the analysis and inspection methods through all our manufacturing phases to guarantee the highest quality in all our products.
We can manufacture spiral and hypoid bevel gears up to 1150 mm (45") outside diameter and 23 Normal Module reaching high precision quality.
SPUR AND HELICAL GEARS
We design and produce a wide range of spur and helical gears for both outside and inside teeth. The maximum dimensions reach 1.250 mm (49") and module 26. Both outside and inside tooth geometries can be ground.
