Colfax Corp. Acquires Lubrication Systems

Colfax Corp. announced that it has completed its acquisition of Lubrication Systems Co. in Houston, TX. Terms of the transaction were not released. LSC, a provider of oil mist lubrication and lube oil purification systems, reported a revenue of $25 million in 2006. The company’s oil purification and mist systems are used primarily in the hydrocarbon process to improve the performance of rotation equipment such as pumps, motors and gear boxes.
