Celera Motion Javelin Linear Motors Offers Easy Integration, High Acceleration

Designed for easy integration into OEM assemblies, the Applimotion Javelin Series linear motors are offered in a wide range of low-profile form factors. Frameless kit construction enables easy integration into machinery, linear stages and actuators.

Built using state-of-the-art magnetic designs, the Javelin Series delivers high acceleration and speeds in compact, lightweight form factors. Direct drive technology and air core (ironless) construction provide good mechanical stiffness, low cogging and zero backlash, reducing settling times and increasing system performance and throughput.

Single- and double-sided magnet tracks are available to deliver the required force in the smallest footprint, with continuous forces up to 143N, and peak forces up to 420N

All models are compatible with a wide range of controllers and drives. Windings and form factors can be customized to meet application requirements. These air-core linear motors function with traditional servo drives and offer true sinusoidal torque curves. The product integrates with sinusoidal motor controller electronics to create fully controllable consistent force.
