Baldor Completes Purchase of Dodge and Reliance

Effective Jan. 31. Baldor's purchase of Reliance Electric Motors and Dodge Mechanical is complete. Baldor purchased the companies from Rockwell Automation for an undisclosed amount. Baldor's fourth quarter results can be downloaded from the company's website.
