Frank Mignano leads the condition monitoring team for Schaeffler in the Americas from the company’s regional headquarters in Fort Mill, South Carolina. To that end, he is able to draw upon over 30 years of experience with reliability and vibration systems. A Level 2 Vibration Analyst as well as a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Western New England College.
